Posting Feedback and Reporting Issues on eHive

Postby Sandra » Wed Dec 03, 2008 2:16 pm

We would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions, constructive criticism, and other feedback on eHive.

It's most useful to our developers if you can include the following information when reporting issues:
The page URL you were on - you can copy and paste this from the address bar
A detailed description of the error or issue
The text of any error messages that occurred
A step by step account of what you were doing when the error occurred

We'd also love to hear any suggestions for improvements. In this case, the following would be useful:
The page URL where the change would appear
A detailed description of what you would like changed
Any alternative solutions you think would also work

After no access most of Sunday, there is a 'page not found' error message coming up for me this evening. Can you shed any light on these outages?
Christine.

Hi Christine,

I'm very sorry that you were getting the Gateway error. I know how frustrating it is to see that error! The company that hosts our servers was doing some large scale maintenance and that caused the disruption. The servers should be back online now. Are you still experiencing an outage?

Thanks
Leisa

All good now, thank you for your fast response. It would be handy if scheduled outages could be listed somewhere so we know in advance.
Christine.
