We've created a Microsoft Word cataloguing worksheet for museums that need to catalogue objects in locations where they don't have computer access. This is based on eHive's Excel import spreadsheet. There's a separate Word document summarising what you should be entering in each field.
These two documents have been attached to this forum post.
As it's a Word document, you're free to download it and amend the help examples or add/remove other eHive object fields to better fit your collection.
Of course, if you have access to a laptop but no network/Internet access then you could catalogue directly into the eHive import spreadsheet. We can then bulk import the records for you into the website (there's usually a charge for this).
